Refund Policy

You will receive a full refund if you cancel your order at least 24 hours prior to scheduled delivery date.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you don’t receive your order as scheduled. If you need to replace items, send us an email at hello@babyfoodie.com.
